# Momentan

Momentan is a personal relationship app for remembering people, moments, birthdays, notes, plans, and follow-through.

## Current facts

- Platforms: iPhone and iPad through the App Store; web companion at https://app.momentan.app; Android planned.
- Free tier: up to 10 moments per rolling 7 days. Momentan Pro removes the moment limit; current pricing appears in App Store checkout.
- AI briefing: a concise overview based on moments and details the user saved.
- AI Agent: on iPhone or iPad, press and hold the add button in Moments, Lists, an open list, or Notes. The current screen helps Momentan determine whether the user wants a moment, list, tasks for that list, or note.
- Contacts: after the user chooses Import or Refresh and grants permission, Momentan may check for new or updated contacts when the app starts.
- Media: photos, videos, contact photos, and voice recordings are device-local except when the user deliberately invokes a feature requiring a bounded upload, such as optional transcription.
- Export: a password-encrypted backup of supported structured records; device-local media is not included.
